Operations...The CAPACITY Team "The People That Make Things Happen"

"José became a Christian at the Student Retreat!!!!"
"Ruben and Loida are discipling several teenagers from their church."
"Next weekend, we will host a cross-cultural training for a student mission trip to Argentina."

These are all statements that I have in the last week from staff who are working on the front lines. Full-time staff on the field are a crucial part to taking the gospel to every corner of Spain and the world!
Behind each full-time staff member on the field, there is also a special team, known here as the CAPACITY team, who works KEEP these staff on the front lines of ministry by depositing paychecks for them, creating and maintaining email and website platforms for them, providing training with ministry and leadership skills for them, etc.
In February 2017, the CAPACITY team (a virtual team of 11 staff living in 7 different cities) gathered in Valencia for 3 days for our own development and for training in building an effective structure to accelerate spirtual movements everywhere.
Each morning we sought the Lord together as we studied the life and minsitry of Nehemiah and how God used him to rebuild the structural walls of the city of Jerusalem. We reviewed feedback from our staff on what is going well and what must be improved. We received new tools to clarify roles and responsibilities as we complete projects together. We even grew in our teamwork skills through an afternoon at an ESCAPE ROOM (pictured above) where we discovered the importance of a safe environment to try different ideas and to fail in order to solve problems.
Please pray for this team...that God would knit our hearts together supernaturally and cause us to be more and more effective for His glory and that we will see more and more people come in to His Kingdom as a result.

Operations Team Meetings: Valencia, February 2017
Effective coordination and achieving exceptional results as a team is a growing priority in Agape Spain. As a member of the LDHR team (Leadership Development and Human Resources), I also participatewith the broader team of Operations or CAPACITY, as we call it here.
